Check Your Midway Email Account
All students will receive a Midway University email account once they are admitted.  This account will automatically be created within 2-3 business days after acceptance.  When your new email account is created, instructions will be sent to the personal email account on file with the University. It is very important that you check your Midway account regularly as this is our primary method of communication with students.

Familiarize Yourself with MyMidway Portal

The MyMidway Portal provides virtual access to the Midway campus including announcements, events, online class access, Midway email, and more. You can also access Self-Service through the portal where you can view your student records such as class schedules, grades and faculty information. You will be able to register for classes, print your schedule, check your bill, check the status of your financial aid and view your unofficial transcript record.

If you do not receive login information by email, contact our Help Desk at help@midway.edu.

Approve Your Financial Aid Award

If you wish to use financial aid funds (grants or loans) for your education, make sure you have completed the correct FAFSA.   Some students may be selected for verification, which means you will need to submit additional documentation before financial aid can be issued.   Once you are admitted and any verification documents have been submitted, the Financial Aid Office will post your award amounts to your Self-Service account in MyMidway Portal.

You will need to log-in to Self-Service and accept the financial aid award in order for it to be applied to your account. Please note that grants are not available to graduate students.  If you have questions, please contact our Financial Aid Office at 859.846.5410 or email.

Review Your Bill

An email from BusinessOffice@midway.edu will be sent to you notifying you when charges or other transactions have been placed on your account. A Registration Statement will be available for review on your Self-Service account approximately 24 hours after you register.  If your financial aid has been finalized, you will see those funds applied to your balance.

Payments or payment arrangements can be made on Self-Service, by phone, by mail, or in person.  If payment in full or payment arrangements are not in place by the 10th day after classes begin, you will be dropped from your courses.  Questions about the Registration Statement or about other ways to pay should be directed to the Business Office at 859.846.5402 or 5411.
