Credit Card Refunds – Any customer has the right to dispute a credit card charge from the card’s issuing bank. Midway University does not honor broad or blanket requests for student directory information from third parties, except as required under the provisions of the Solomon Amendment.
The University remains firmly committed to safeguarding student privacy in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), the federal law that governs access to and the confidentiality of student education records.
Accordingly, requests for student data from entities not covered by the Solomon Amendment will not be fulfilled.
