Academic Support
The Registrar’s Office maintains academic records for all Midway University students. The office provides oversight for the academic database, entering scheduled courses and assisting students with registration. Students may contact the registrar if they need transcripts, verification of enrollment or graduation, or if they need to initiate a request to waive or substitute a course for graduation. The registrar verifies eligibility for participation in intercollegiate athletics, determines transfer equivalencies from other institutions, and confers degrees for graduation.
Midway University Policy on Student Directory Information Requests
Midway University does not honor broad or blanket requests for student directory information from third parties, except as required under the provisions of the Solomon Amendment. The University remains firmly committed to safeguarding student privacy in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), the federal law that governs access to and the confidentiality of student education records.
Accordingly, requests for student data from entities not covered by the Solomon Amendment will not be fulfilled.

Final Exam Schedule
Students can access the final exam schedule for the upcoming term on Registrar's page of the MyMidway Portal.

Midway University publishes its academic catalog online. Previous versions of the catalog from 2010 to present are available online.Archived catalogs prior to 2010 may be accessed by visiting the University's Office of the Registrar during business hours or by emailing registrar@midway.edu.

FERPA Form
In accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), this Student Education Record Release Form allows you to authorize/de-authorize the release of your educational records to third parties.Follow these instructions to edit your preferred FERPA settings.
Application for a Degree
Students need to login to Self Service and then select Graduation Overview to access this form. Please consult the University's Academic Calendar for all degree application deadlines.
Other Services
Students can access other requests form on the Registrar's MyMidway Portal page. These include forms for requesting a major change, official name change requests, permission for class overload, and many other items.
