Community members are welcome to attend Midway University athletic events. Be sure to check our athletics schedule throughout the year to see when the Eagles are at home. Many events are free to attend.

Be sure to visit our Campus Event Calendar. This calendar covers all University events happening on campus, with the exception of athletics. To find events open to the public, simply filter for Public Events Only.

Leashed dogs are allowed to be walked on campus in the same areas designated for the public. We ask that you kindly clean up after your animals. Please keep animals off our playing fields and out of the stream.

No animals other than service animals are allowed inside our campus buildings. Only registered students living on campus may have an emotional support animal, AND it must first be approved through the Student Affairs Office.

If you are on campus, stop by the Eagle Outlet store on the lower level of the Little Memorial Library to shop for MidwayU items. Can't get to campus, no problem, you can shop the online store.

Midway University offers a wide range of employment opportunities from full-time faculty and staff position, part-time jobs, contract work, and some seasonal employment. Be sure to review our full listing of open positions throughout the year as new opportunities are posted often.

Upon arrival at the main gate, there is a security gate. To enter, pull forward and press the call button to let security know you want to enter the campus. If you are coming to an appointment, please provide security with the details of your meeting. If you are coming to visit a student or attend a home game, simply let security know your destination. When exiting campus, the gate will rise automatically once your vehicle comes within range. NOTE: All emergency vehicles have technology that allows them to open the gate for access during an emergency.

If you have a job opening or an internship opportunity you would like to promote to our students, contact our Career Services Office. They communicate directly with students on a weekly basis to provide a listing of opportunities.

Are you interested in hosting a meeting, event or conference on campus? Simply fill out our request form and give us some more information and our events staff will respond. We have a variety of spaces to offer but a lot depends on the types of set-up you need and the date.

The railroad crossing agreement in effect between the University and R. J. Corman specifically states no unauthorized vehicles are allowed to use the campus crossing. Only campus security and authorized farm vehicles are allowed. No one from campus or the community is allowed to walk on the railroad tracks. The  railroad police are real and they monitor the tracks diligently.

The University and City of Midway have a tuition discount agreement. Any Midway citizens who enrolls in undergraduate or graduate online programs will receive a 15% discount off the published tuition rate. Anyone with questions can reach out to our Admissions Office.

Midway University has security personnel on campus 24/7 throughout the year. Should you need to reach our security office or staff, please call 859.846.5499.

Midway University has an official agreement with the City of Midway to utilize and maintain the softball field. If you organization is interested in using the field, please submit a request form to begin the process.

Community members are welcome to walk on the sidewalks and perimeter of main campus. We ask that you only enter the buildings if you have official business or an appointment scheduled with someone. We also ask that you stay away from our farm areas, barns, paddocks and any areas where our horse herd is located. This is for both your safety and the safety of our herd. Remember to keep pets on their leash.
