Student Health Services
Midway University offers student health services through our health clinic, located on the lower level of Library Hall. Our clinic supports the educational mission of the institution by providing information on health-related issues so that students may make informed choices on matters that affect their health.
The clinic is independently operated by Baptist Health. Services offered include, but are not limited to
- Chronic illness management
- Allergy shots
- Sick visits
- Medication management
- Rapid testing for illnesses such as flu, strep throat, COVID-19 and UTI
Services are available to MidwayU students.
* Services performed on campus are no charge to students. However, if you are referred off campus there may be out of pocket costs to you. Check with your individual insurance carrier.
Clinic Hours
Monday, Wednesday and Friday - 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed from 1 - 1:30 p.m.)
Telehealth appointments can be scheduled outside of normal clinic hours.
Weekend off-campus office hours are also available at a Baptist Health facility near you.
Scheduling
Appointments can be scheduled by calling 859.846.5418 during office hours or online at any time.
Students who need to speak to a Physician on-call for non-emergent issues can call 502.223.0652. For emergencies, call 911.
It is the policy of Midway University Student Health Services to maintain the medical files of full-time enrolled students for seven years either after graduation or last patient contact. After that time all medical records are shredded, in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
