Midway University offers student health services through our health clinic, located on the lower level of Starks Hall in Room 005. Our clinic supports the educational mission of the institution by providing information on health-related issues so that students may make informed choices on matters that affect their health.

The clinic is operated by Baptist Health Medical (formerly Capital Medical Group). Services offered include, but are not limited to:

  • Physicals
  • Chronic illness management
  • Allergy shots
  • Sick visits
  • Medication management
  • Rapid testing for illnesses such as flu, strep throat, COVID-19 and UTI


Services are available to all MidwayU students, faculty, and staff.

Clinic Hours

Monday, Wednesday and Friday - 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Telehealth appointments can be scheduled outside of normal clinic hours.

Weekend off-campus office hours are also available.

Students who need to speak to a Physician on-call for non-emergent issues can call 502.695.7725. For emergencies, call 911.


It is the policy of Midway University Student Health Services to maintain the medical files of full-time enrolled students for seven years either after graduation or last patient contact. After that time all medical records are shredded, in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
