Notice of Non-Discrimination

Midway University does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy and gender identity), national or ethnic origin, disability (see below), genetic information, parental status, sexual orientation, marital status, age, political affiliation or belief or any other factor protected by law in the administration of its educational policies or in its employment practices.

Title IX Notice of Non-Discrimination

For additional information concerning Title IX of the Education Amendment of 1972, contact the 
University’s Title IX Coordinator: Dean of Students, McManis Student Center, 512 E. Stephens Street, 
Midway, KY 40347. 

Allegations and reports of sexual misconduct (i.e., sexual harassment, sexual assault, domestic violence, 
dating violence, stalking and sexual exploitation) will be addressed and should be reported pursuant to 
the University's sexual misconduct policy. Employees who reasonably suspect any other violation of the 
University’s policy of non-discrimination should report it using the procedure set out in the 
discrimination and harassment section in this handbook.
