
Midway, Ky. – Midway University is pleased to announce that it will host a Nursing Continuing Education event on Friday, April 20. The Homeplace at Midway is the presenting sponsor and the topic will be “Fostering a Healthy Work Environment.”
Nationally recognized nurse executive and author, Dr. Karen S. Hill, Chief Operating Officer/Chief Nursing Officer with Baptist Health Lexington, will be the featured keynote.
The event is open to all Kentucky nurses. Registration can be completed online at www.midway.edu/ce. All registrants will receive a free general admission pass to Keeneland Race Course for Friday afternoon racing – courtesy of Keeneland Association Inc.
Following the CE program, the University will host its annual nursing alumni luncheon and present the Distinguished Alumni Award.

The cost is $50 for RNs; $30 for Midway University alumni; $15 for nursing students and Midway Faculty.

ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT: Attendees must stay for the entire program and complete the written evaluation to be awarded 4 KBN continuing education contact hours, awarded by Midway University.
