Nursing Alumni Award Nomination

Annually, Midway University Nursing seeks to recognize a distinguished Midway nursing graduate. The candidate will have completed an initial nursing degree from Midway at least 10 years prior and will have completed one further nursing degree (BSN, MSN, etc.) as well as display evidence of continued professional development.

In addition to the criteria listed above, the candidate for Midway’s Distinguished Nursing Alumni Award will demonstrate nursing excellence in two of the following three categories:

1. 1. Evidence of leadership in the nursing profession and/or community involvement
   2. Evidence of ongoing contribution to the profession of nursing
   3. Champion of Midway University and Midway University Nursing

Nominations are accepted for Alumni Awards from July 1 through April 1 each year.
