Transfer Students
Are you ready to start that Midway point your life? The requirements listed below are the first step of your journey to finishing your degree with Midway. This is a guide is for traditional Undergraduate transfer students wanting to attend day classes or live on our Midway campus.
This information is to help you understand the University requirements but we encourage you to contact us so we can assess your individual educational background as they relate to our admission requirements.
Academic Requirements
Official college transcripts from each college attended
Official high school transcript is required for students transferring with fewer than 24 college hours, or those pursuing Nursing or Teacher Education degrees
Official ACT/ SAT score report is required for students transferring with fewer than 24 college hours or is under the age of 24.
Recommended Minimum Criteria
Overall college GPA of 2.0
Admissions Process
- Complete the application - Apply online. A nonrefundable application fee of $30.00 is required before the application can be processed.
- Submit College Transcript(s) - Official transcript(s) should be mailed directly by the college to the Office of Admissions or sent electronically by a secured third party site (i.e. Parchment Exchange, National Student Clearinghouse).
- Submit High School Transcript - Official transcripts should be mailed directly by the high school to the Office of Admissions or sent electronically by a secured third site (i.e. Parchment Exchange, National Student Clearinghouse).
- Submit official SAT or ACT scores - Midway University will accept official score reports from the testing organizations. Midway’s SAT code is 1467 and ACT is 1528.
