Visitor Policy

The safety of our employees, students, families, vendors, and visitors remain Midway University’s overriding priority. As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, Midway University monitors the guidance closely and will periodically update the institution’s policies based on current recommendations from the KY Governor’s office, the CDC and other federal and state organizations.

To help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and reduce the potential risk of exposure to our workforce and visitors, we are requiring you to complete a quick Self Health Check form. It is also important to help us take the recommended precautionary measures, designed to protect you and everyone on campus. One of those measures is a requirement to wear a mask (you can bring your own or we will provide one for you) while you are in our buildings, or situations where you cannot maintain appropriate social distancing.

While the University is implementing these measures in order to help protect our campus community and you, please keep in mind that this does not guarantee you will not contract COVID-19. We are merely attempting to keep everyone as safe as possible as our in-person interactions resume. Thank you for your time and the consideration of your health and the health of others.

Note: Only approved visitors will be allowed on campus. Each area Vice President must give approval prior to a visit being scheduled.
