Pinkerton Hall was the first building on campus and housed all the functions of the Kentucky Female Orphan School before being converted to offices. The building was renovated in Summer 2019 to return it to housing and offers spacious rooms for male and female students and predominantly houses upper-division students. Pinkerton features pod style bathrooms on each floor offering the privacy of a private bathroom with the convenience of a community bath. The basement offers a community kitchen, space for lounging, studying, or watching television and the 24-hour, free central laundry room. Pinkerton has three floors with an elevator and heating and air systems.
