Technology Requirements

Taking online courses is easy and convenient but there are some basic technology requirements.

Below is a list of the minimum requirements for successfully accessing a web-based course.

Memory (RAM): 2 GB or more

Mozilla Firefox* (preferred)
Browser Settings: JavaScript must be enabled
Cookies must be enabled
Pop-up blocker must be disabled
Plugins/Media Players: Java 7
Adobe Flash Player
Adobe Reader
Internet Access: Broadband internet access with at least:

.384Mbps upload speed
Audio & Video: Must have a webcam and microphone, internal or external.
Office Suite: Microsoft Office 2013 or later
