Join us for a fun-filled reception and silent auction event as we raise funds for our student scholarships and present the 2018 Community Spirit Award to Lillie Cox, Woodford County Volunteer Workgroup Chair.

This year's event will include entertainment by local musicians - Bill & Leslie Penn and Grayson Vandegrift. The event will be held in the Piper Dining Hall inside McManis Student Center.

Proxy Bidding

Proxy bidding is available to those who wish to bid on items but cannot be present. Proxy bidders must email Mackenzie Hanes at mhanes@midway.edu with their phone number, a description of the items they wish to bid on, the amount of their starting bid and final bid amount. If the bidder wants to bid in increments higher than $10, they need to give Mackenzie that amount as well. If the bidder provides a cell number and is open to communicating during the auction, Mackenzie will text them during the auction to let them know if their desired item is slightly over their limit. The bidder must be available by phone to pay for their items at the end of the bidding.
