How Employers Can Get Involved
- Contact with Career Services: Introduce yourself and your organization to the Department of Career Services. Explore opportunities to create mutually beneficial partnerships and increase your organization’s presence on campus.
- Understand Campus Needs: Collaborate with Career Services to gain insight into the interests and expectations of students at the university community.
- Offer Internships: Providing internships allows students to gain practical, real-world experience while becoming familiar with your organization. Internships are an effective way to build lasting connections and develop future talent.
- Participate in Career Fairs and Events: Attend career fairs and campus events organized by the Department of Career Services. These events provide an excellent platform to showcase your organization, meet potential candidates, and network with students and faculty.
- Guest Speaking and Workshops: Consider offering to give a workshop or speak at a seminar related to your industry or field of expertise. Sharing industry knowledge offers a valuable learning opportunity for students.
