Next Steps

Congratulations on your admission to Midway University!  Here’s a quick check of some of the next steps we need you to complete and some resources where you can find out information on registering for classes, your student account balance and email account access.

Now that you are admitted you should visit the MyMidway portal often as it is the one stop for access to all the vital information and systems you need on a regular basis.

Next Steps for Undergraduate Students

  1. Log into the MyMidway Portal. Use your email and password you received.
  2. Check your Midway email account regularly.
  3. Pay your tuition deposit.
  4. Complete your housing application form and then pay your housing deposit. Planning to live off campus and commute? Be sure to complete the housing exemption form.
  5. Complete and submit your health form. If you have questions about this please contact the Student Affairs Office ( or 859.846.5390).
  6. Visit our bookstore to check out Midway swag.
  7. Request your high school and/or previous college send a final transcript upon graduation or completion of classes.
  8. Register for Eagle Prep if you are starting in the Fall semester. If starting in the Spring semester request a Remote Registration Form from your counselor.
  9. Once you enroll as a student, your educational record including your grades, financial aid status, and bill are protected by Federal Privacy Laws. If you have a family member that would need to access this information on your behalf, be sure to complete the release form found here.


Next Steps for Evening & Online Undergraduate/Graduate Students

  1. Log into the MyMidway Portal. Your Portal and email username/password will be sent to the personal email address you provided on your admissions application within 5 days of your acceptance. You will register through WebAdvisor (which you access through the MyMidway portal) after being advised by a professor from your major.
  2. Check your Midway email account regularly.
  3. Accept your financial aid award package by logging into MyMidway and then going into WebAdvisor (bookmarked on the portal homepage). To login to WebAdvisor use your ID name (first part of your email address) and your password.
  4. Set up a payment plan if necessary.
  5. Visit our bookstore to purchase your books.
