The Residence Life staff at Midway College includes a Director of Residence Life, two Residence Directors (RDs), seven Resident Assistants (RAs), and twenty Desk Attendants (DAs).
- The Director of Residence Life oversees the programming efforts for the residence halls, supervises the RDs, RAs, and DAs, makes housing assignments, and acts as the residence life judicial officer.
- The Residence Directors (RDs) reside in apartments in the residence halls and supervise the RAs. Additionally, they act as safety and security figures in the hall as well as providing programming to the entire residence hall.
- There are seven Resident Assistants (RAs) who work for Midway College . Each RA is responsible for the floor on which she lives and devotes her time to the residents on that particular floor. RAs are responsible for providing programming to the individual residence hall floors as well as taking care of any concerns that residents may have such as work orders or personal issues.
- The twenty Desk Attendants (DAs) are responsible for working the residence hall lobby desks during visitation hours. DAs are a presence in the residence hall lobby to ensure that all visitors are signed in properly to the residence halls. Additionally, the DAs help ensure that visitors leave promptly at the end of visitation hours.
