Students have the opportunity to ride on five different competitive teams: Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) Hunt Seat, IHSA Western, Open Hunt Seat, Open Western, and Eventing.
IHSA team members participate at various levels, from a beginner walk-trot or walk-jog division to the open division in both hunt seat and western equitation. Both IHSA teams have consistently won the Zone 6 Region 2 Championships and have gone on to compete at Zones and Nationals. The teams also consistently send individual riders to compete at the Regional, Zone, and National competitions. The IHSA Western team holds a National IHSA Western Championship and consistently ranks among the top twenty teams in the nation.
The Open Hunt Seat and Open Western teams compete in area shows including those held at the Lakeside Arena in Frankfort, Kentucky. The Event team travels to nearby United States Eventing Association endorsed events as well as schooling shows.
