Business Department

Job Description: 
Business Department Assistant duties would include, working on major projects with faculty, copy and assemble material, data entry, report generation, mass mailings, textbook adoptions and inventory control, track syllabus collection, statistical analysis of department data, computer work, special projects emanating from the Chair’s office, maintaining the filing system and other task as assigned. Front Office Assistant for two departments (Communication, Humanities & Arts Department and Business Department) duties would include, front desk coverage, reception, assisting students, faculty and staff., answering phones and taking messages, setting up meetings, and following up on front desk task.

Job Description: 
The individual will assist the Teacher Education Division in maintaining records, particularly those related to field experience of students. Duties include filing, typing, copying, entering data into database and/or spreadsheets, maintaining the resources in the Teacher Materials Center, answering the telephone. Records will be maintained for all teacher education students. Confidentiality and computer skills are a must.

Student Affairs Office Assistant

Job Description: 
The student will report to the supervisor and will assist with the daily operations of the Student Affairs office. Duties include greeting and assist students, staff and visitors, answering phones, completing the student and staff mail process, filing, hanging posters, and other duties as assigned. This job requires ability to carry objects up to 15 lbs., working knowledge of office equipment, good communication skills, and appropriate phone etiquette. Some training can be provided. Confidentiality is important.
