Job Description: 
CHA Department Assistant duties would include, working on major projects with faculty, copy and assemble material, data entry, report generation, mass mailings, textbook adoptions and inventory control, track syllabus collection, statistical analysis of department data, computer work, special projects emanating from the Chair’s office, maintaining the filing system, and other task as assigned.

Job Description: 
Work Study Duties: 1) Make any folders for applications. 2) File all folders in bins to be filed. 3) Prepare mail and student letters. 4) If there are any archives that need to be filed: -Add them to the Archives Spreadsheet (year stamped in based off the transcript date) -Add the year the transcripts were stamped on the name label -Remove and shred everything from the folder but transcripts - File in the Archives File Cabinet 5) Data entry 6) Pull expired application folders, shred everything but the transcripts (Follow list to archive) 7) Pull expired loose documents and archive (Check the dates the transcripts were stamped and make folders for them.
