This position assists the communication center staff with the daily operation of a busy campus support department. Responsibilities include staffing the reception counter to assist customers; photocopying documents for faculty, staff and students; answering the college switchboard; distributing mail to campus departments; and providing general office support to faculty and staff who have requested help through the campus work pool. Training will be provided.
Desirable qualities include attention to detail, dependability, good attitude and experience in a customer-driven environment. The ability to multi-task is a must.
