Midway College’s mission focuses on empowering students to lead. As a result all students entering Midway College beginning Fall 2007 must present a leadership portfolio in their capstone course as a component of their graduation requirements.  This portfolio will highlight their leadership experiences throughout their college years. 

To help students meet portfolio requirements Midway College will host a leadership series each semester that combines seminars, service learning/servant leadership, directed readings, and more.
