Inclement Weather Plan

In the case of inclement weather, the commencement ceremony will be moved into Marshall Gymnasium which is located in the McManis Student Center.

Inclement Weather Plan:
This decision will be made the afternoon of graduation and flyers will be placed on campus to notify participants.

• If the ceremony has been moved inside a message will be left on our weather line 859/846-5858 notifying participants of the move.

• Due to the seating limitations in the gymnasium, seating will be limited to only four guests per graduate including children. Enclosed in the graduate mailing you received you will find four commencement admission tickets.

• If the ceremony is moved into the gymnasium your guest(s) must have a ticket to be admitted into the ceremony.
