Q: How do I know if I am graduating with honors?

Q: If I don't come to graduation, how do I get my diploma?
A: If you do not attend the commencement ceremony, you may pick up your diploma from the Registrar's Office beginning the first Tuesday after commencement. The diploma can be mailed to you, certified delivery only, for a $20.00 shipping/handling fee.

Q: If I wanted a duplicate diploma, how would I go about obtaining one?
A: To obtain a duplicate diploma fill out the Diploma Replacement/Duplication Form and return it to the Registrar's Office.

Q: How can I get and/or request for my official transcripts?
A: To request for your official transcripts please view the Transcript Request Form.

Q: Will I receive a transcript with my diploma?
A: No, transcripts must be requested separately. See above question. After graduation all students are entitled to receive one copy without charge. A written request, however, is required by law.

Q: When will my transcript be available now that I need one for work?
A: Official transcripts with certification of degree, major, and date of graduation are available 72 hours after graduation.
