College, Relations and Development ( CRD ) is located in the beautiful historic Marrs Building on campus. This is the building with the clock tower. We welcome lots of visitors each day to our beautiful campus and if you come by I can give you a map and point you in the right direction of whatever department you may be looking for.

During this past year our department stayed very busy and we especially enjoyed planning and organizing our annual Alumni Reunion. This reunion is scheduled for the first week end of June each year and is open to all graduates of the Kentucky Female Orphan School , Pinkerton High School , Midway High School , Midway Junior College and Midway College . It is a wonderful time to see lots of familiar faces and “come home.”

CRD enjoyed being a part of the very successful Francisco’s Farm Art & Craft Show held here on our campus the second weekend of June each year. This wonderful event brings thousands of artists and visitors to our campus for a weekend of fun for the entire family. CRD leads the college sponsorship and volunteer effort for this event.

I also try to keep the CRD office running smoothly with lots of correspondence going in and out each day. If you have a new email or phone number, please take a moment and let us know. Midway loves staying in touch with you. A gift of $1000.00 or more will allow you to be recognized as a President Circle member. This is a wonderful way for you to give back to your alma mater. These gifts can be paid quarterly and are tax deductible. I can also help you with questions regarding gifts-in-kind, stock gifts and other kinds of gifts the college receives on a regular basis. Send in your gift today and I will make sure that you receive your gift receipt immediately for your income tax preparation.
