ACT Residual Testing
ACT Residual testing is available to students who are enrolled, admitted or applying to Midway University that cannot take the National ACT on its regularly scheduled test date because the national date does not meet with the university’s program deadlines.
ACT Residual testing at Midway University is used to help determine eligibility for students who need a score of 21 or higher for their desired program of study. The ACT Residual consists of four timed multiple-choice sections – English, Math, Reading, and Scientific Reasoning. Test is approximately three plus hours.
A non-refundable testing fee of $40 is due at the time of registration along with the registration form. Should the student cancel, arrive late, or not show for the test the fee is non-refundable. No one is admitted in the testing site after testing begins. Results to the ACT Residual are distributed to the appropriate Midway University department and are mailed to the individual student. Results of the ACT Residual are valid ONLY for Midway University and will not be shared with other educational institutions.
Students who are retesting are required to wait 60 calendar days.
