Choose Midway College’s Human Resource (HR) Fast Track program to prepare you for the constant changes and frequent conflicts in the human resource industry. The Fast Track program is designed specifically for executives, managers, and employees seeking additional Human Resource expertise and training, but who are not seeking a degree. This program covers over 140 HR-related topics in five, 5-week courses.
Careers options in human resources include: HR Manager, Benefits Manager, Employee Assistance Program Coordinator, EAP Counselor, EEO Specialist, Executive/Management Recruiter, Health and Safety Supervisor, Records Manager, Organizational Development Specialist, and Workers’ Compensation Manager.
