2012 Spring Semester  
January 8 Sunday Residence halls open, check-in for residential students.
  9 Monday Registration for students.
  10 Tuesday Classes begin.

20 Friday		 Late registration for returning students and new applicants given provisional acceptance–late fee applies.
  13 Friday Last day a student may officially drop a course or cancel registration for a full refund.
  16 Monday Martin Luther King Day observed – Academic Holiday – Classes and offices are closed.
  20 Friday Last day to officially withdraw from the college or reduce course load and receive an 80 percent refund.
Last day to register or add a class for credit.
  27 Friday Last day to officially withdraw from the college or reduce course load and receive a 60 percent refund
     
February 3 Friday Last day to officially withdraw from the college or reduce course load and receive a 40 percent refund.
  10 Friday Last day to officially withdraw from the college or reduce course load and receive a 20 percent refund.
     
March 9 Friday Mid-term
  12 Monday
16 Friday		 Spring Break – academic holiday
  20 Tuesday Last day to drop a class without a failing grade.
  23 Friday Application for a degree due in the Office of the Registrar for August 2012 candidates for a degree.
     
April 6 Friday Good Friday – offices closed at 12 noon.
     
May 2 Tuesday . Classes end at close of academic day.

4 Friday		 Final exams (May 2, 3, 4, 2012)
  11 Friday Last day to file an appeal for a refund of tuition credit for the spring semester, 2011.
  12 Saturday Graduation ceremonies.

May 14 Monday Four Week Summer Inter-Session Begins
June 8 Friday Summer Inter-Session Ends
