We are seeking applicants for a regular, part-time, 9-month assistant coaching position. This position is responsible for supporting all aspects of a successful women’s cross country/track program at the NAIA level. Primary responsibilities include assistance with recruiting, practice planning and supervision, academic supervision, eligibility compliance, and scouting.

Position requires a bachelor’s degree, coaching experience, at the college or high school level, and ability to coach and recruit skilled student-athletes. Background check and acceptable driving record required.

Head JV Basketball Coach

This position is responsible for the management of all aspects of a successful women’s junior varsity, intercollegiate program. Primary responsibilities include practice planning and supervision, scheduling of games and travel, budget management, academic supervision, eligibility compliance, and assistance with ongoing recruitment.

Position requires a bachelor’s degree, coaching experience, preferably at the college level, and demonstrated ability to coach and recruit skilled student-athletes. Background check and acceptable driving record required.

Part-Time Administrative Assistant: Equine Program

This part-time, non-exempt position serves as the Administrative Assistant for the Equine Division. Responsibilities include general office management, answering the telephone, typing copying, filing, ordering texts and supplies for division and faculty, supervising student workers, maintaining a monthly horse inventory and other equine division data, and assisting with IHSA and open horse show management tasks. This position serves as the initial contact for horse donation inquires and will maintain donation records.

This position will perform multiple, highly responsible administrative and clerical duties requiring independent judgment with minimal supervision and frequent interruptions. Strong oral communication and written composition skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel is required. Minimum of 2 years related work experience required. Some college required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
