The Midway College Department of Campus Safety functions as a service group rather than a law enforcement organization. Campus Safety personnel perform scheduled and random checks for building security, campus security and building fire safety. Campus Safety maintains a working relationship with the Woodford County Police and the Midway Fire Department to ensure an immediate response in the event their assistance is required.
Criminal activity, or the threat of criminal activity, and other emergencies on campus should be reported directly to Campus Safety, 24 hours a day, by dialing extension 5419 (859-846-5419 from an external phone or mobile phone).
Campus security is a cooperative endeavor between Campus Safety and you. The Midway College Department of Campus Safety urges all members of the Midway College community to participate in protecting the safety of our campus.
